This machine has been developed for manual soldering of PCB’s. Specially made to cater to the requirement of R & D, prototype development and hobbyist.

In this machine a PCB is placed on the set of rails provided. The components are inserted in place. A soft foam pad fixture is used to press the components from the top side, so that the components are not lifted when the assembly is inverted. The whole assembly is inverted, so that the solder side of the PCB is now exposed to the operator and manual soldering is performed with a soldering iron. Reel holder for solder wire etc is provided in the machine.
