Wave Soldering Machine Carrier Type

This machine has been developed to cater to the medium to large volume production. In this machine the PCB’s are mounted on a carrier and the carrier is transported through the conveyor of the wave soldering machine. This machine is specially useful in production lines where more then one type of PCB is being produced simultaneously. This machine is capable to accept PCB’s of different sizes imultaneously, without any change in setting.

This machine has option of having discreet (stand alone) control or a HMI + PLC control. The machine incorporates two separate solder pots one each for the SMD wave and the other for the through hole components. Depending upon the type of PCB to be soldered, the user can choose which bath to charge and switch on, thereby making it cost efficient.

It has option of both spray fluxer or the foam fluxer. The solder pot also has an option for working with Lead free or leaded solder.
