Automatic Loose Radial Lead Cutter with Bowl feeder and Trolley

This machine is meant for radial leaded components that are supplied in loose or bulk form. These components, have long lead lengths, and have to be cut to an appropriate length, for PCB insertion and soldering. The manual process, of cutting the legs of the component through a cutter, is very slow process. Moreso, in the manual process it is not possible to uniformly maintain the leg length of the component.

This model integrates the Loose radial cutter, Model ARP 360, with a vibratory bowl feeder. In Model ARP 360, the components have to be fed into the vibratory linear chute one by one , manually. The vibratory bowl feeder is attached to the loose radial cutter. The full packet of components are poured into the bowl. The bowl feeder aligns the parts and transfers it to the chute of the linear vibrator. A trolley is provided on which both the machines are mounted and fixed.
