Automatic Forming for Taped Radials

Various types of radial leaded components like capacitors etc, come in taped packages. The components have to be de-taped and the leads cut to the desired length for inserting into the PCB.

This model facilitates this process.
It is a automatic machine. The tape is fed into the machine through a tape guide. A pick up wheel transports the tape, guiding the leads of the components through the cutting wheel and blade assembly, thereby cutting the leads. The machine can be set as per the desired leg length.
