Automatic Cut & Bend Machine for Taped Axials Heavy (Thick Lead)

This model is useful for cutting and bending the leads of the axial leaded components, to the desired pitch and leg length. This machine is specially designed for components having thicker leads, like 3A and 5 A power diodes, high current Zener diodes and resistors of higher wattages.

The pick-up wheels for this machine have been made of increased thickness and a motor of higher rating is used, to make it suitable for these types of components.

It is a motorised machine. The axial leaded components coming in taped package, are fed into the machine through a set of tape guides provided. The leg length and the pitch are easy to adjust, enabling fast changeover. Depending upon the quality of the tape, the machine becomes practically operator free.
