Component Insertion Line Conveyor

Through hole components have to be manually inserted into the PCB, before being soldered. The component insertion line conveyors are used for the above application. The components are divided and distributed to the various operators working on the line. The operators sequentially insert the designated components into the respective locations. At the end of the line, all the components are inserted. And the board is ready for soldering. This method of insertion, increases productivity and reduces chances of error.
