The Stencil Printing Machine is used for applying solder paste on to the PCB’s using a SS stencil with apertures cut as per the PCB design. By a single operation the solder paste can be applied on the entire PCB.

This machine offers high positioning accuracy, SMD fine pitch printing, adjustable print height and easy clamping of stencil frames. The PCB is positioned precisely using hole and edge positioning. Three micrometer screws for the X, Y and the rotation angle on the plate are used for fine alignmnet of the PCB.
